Lubango - The Pululukwa Resort and the Serra da Chela hotel have been elected as the best quality hotels in central Huíla province, the evaluation of guests who book through the "Hotéis Angola" digital platform has shown.
The data reflects the opinion of customers about hotels in Angola, in aspects such as cleanliness, comfort, location, service and the price-quality ratio, in the period from 2020 to July this year.
The Pululukwa Resort tops a list of 23 hotels nationwide with the most comments, 21 in all, from domestic and foreign tourists, most of whom gave five stars for each of the evaluation criteria, with a rating of 9.4, considered "excellent".
The Serra da Chela Hotel appears as the eighth hotel on the list, with 18 comments with the best evaluations for the location, comfort and staff criteria, obtaining a rating of 8.3, considered "very good", and is one of the hotels that is well accepted and appreciated by customers nationwide.
Also on the list is Hotel Vip Huíla, which is 22nd on the list with six comments and a score of 6.8 considered "pleasant", the result of a new management dynamic that the unit is investing in.
According the platform promoter, Jorge Nunes, the assessment is crucial for the continuous improvement of the services of hotels and similar units that are partners of the "Hotéis Angola" website and to guarantee the best possible experience for future clients.
A total of 341 questionnaires were answered for the 120 units registered on the platform, in various provinces of the country, an instrument that has existed since 2010, in Portuguese and English, which gives tourists the possibility of booking accommodation online at any hotel in the country connected to the system.
Huíla currently has eight units registered with "Hoteis Angola", namely the Pululukwa Resort, the Serra da Chela, Vip Huíla and Chik Chik hotels, as well as the Kimbo do Soba, Pousada Flor de Lis, Vihua Lodje and Zoom`s Lodje. EM/MS/DAN/AMP
