Luanda - A cooperation protocol aimed at safeguarding the safety, hygiene and health of magistrates and other employees was signed Monday, in Luanda, between the Attorney General's Office (PGR) and the Ministry of Public Administration, Labour and Social Security (MAPTSS).
According to what ANGOP had access to, the agreement signed on Friday by the PGR's national director of human resources, Mafuta Fernandes, and the labour inspector general, Manuel Bole, also aims to implement measures and procedures for the good implementation and execution of the tasks of both institutions.
The diploma, signed within the scope of the 28th Consultative Council of the PGR, includes the field of the procedural impulse for the execution of fines imposed by the General Labour Inspectorate (IGT), so that, as a result of non-compliance with the voluntary payment deadline, the Public Prosecution Office may implement legal actions of an executive nature against the authors.
According to the document, the agreement also responds to PGR's concerns with the principles and actions necessary to reduce the professional risks of its employees, ensuring well-being outside and inside the work environment.
In the same context, a lecture was held on the topic “PGR – productivity, health and well-being”, before the signing of the agreement.
