Cuito – A 73-year-old woman, accused of witchcraft, was buried alive on Sunday, in Andulo, Bié province, by his own son and other individuals who not yet identified.
According to the spokesperson for the Criminal Investigation Service (SIC), Simão Lucas Londaca, the case occurred in the village of Sulambanda and was denounced by local traditional authorities.
The deceased was placed alive in the grave, above the urn containing the mortal remains of one of her grandchildren, to whom she is accused of having killed, a fact that motivated her son to take justice into his own hands.
