Luanda - Health authorities announced Sunday 38 new cases and 142 recoveries.
The daily report also announced the death of five patients , 3 males and 2 females, aged between 3 and 76 years, in the provinces of Moxico (2), Cunene (2) and 1 in Luanda.
Of the 38 new cases, 12 were detected in Lunda Sul, 11 in Luanda, 10 in Moxico, 2 in Zaire, 2 in Cuanza Norte and 1 in Benguela.
Of the recoveries, aged between 2 and 84 years old, 132 live in Luanda and 10 in Cunene.
.Authorities control 141 people in institutional quarantine centers, 1,833 under epidemiological surveillance and 152 in treatment centers.
So far, Angola has a global tally of 42,815 positive cases, 1,016 deaths, 37,397 recoveries 4,402 active patients.
