Luanda - Angola reported, in the last 24 hours, 14 deaths, 84 new cases and 90 recovered patients.
According to the daily bulletin, the deaths were registered in the provinces of Namibe, with 5, Lunda Norte with 3, Lunda Sul with 3, Bié with 1, Huíla with 1 and Luanda with 1, respectively.
The new cases were diagnosed in Lunda Norte, with 30, Huila with 23, Luanda with 20, Namibe with 5, Lunda Sul with 2, Malanje with 2 and Moxico with 2.
With ages ranging from 2 months to 89 years old, the list includes 53 men and 31 women.
Those recovered, the report states, reside in the provinces of Huila, with 32, Cunene with 25, Moxico with 14, Luanda with 11, Lunda Sul with 5 and Namibe with 3.
There are 220 citizens in the institutional quarantine centre, while 130 are being treated in health units and 674 contacts of positive cases are under epidemiological follow-up.
Laboratories have processed 1,178 samples.
The general picture points to 44,617 positive cases, with 1,100 deaths, 41,482 recovered and 2,035 active. Of the active ones, 16 are critical, 27 severe, 72 moderate, 15 mild and 1,905 asymptomatic
