Luanda - BRIMONT's Chairman, Francisco Monteiro, said Tuesday in Luanda that his company is willing to work with the Angolan authorities and society in general to mitigate the effects of cholera and improve public health conditions.
Speaking to the press about the cholera outbreak in certain areas of the country, he highlighted that the company has been prominent in the fight against the disease, providing essential products to contain the spread in the municipality of Cacuaco.
According to Francisco Monteiro, the company has been committed to producing high quality bleach, which plays a crucial role in disinfecting and sanitizing surfaces, essential elements in preventing the spread of cholera.
With an installed capacity of 10,000 metric tons of bleach per year, the company meets the growing demand for water treatment and purification, as well as the cleaning of public and private spaces.
In addition to its role in the fight against cholera, Brimont has also committed itself to supporting and assisting the most vulnerable families in the community as part of its corporate social responsibility.
It has also developed the "Create Professional Development" program, which aims to offer professional internships to recent graduates, providing them with opportunities for professional growth and qualification.
Brimont also reinforces its commitment to local economic development by promoting the preference for Made in Angola products, which contributes to the creation of jobs and the strengthening of the national economy.
The company employs more than 50 citizens and is constantly seeking to expand its operations and meet growing demand, both in the domestic and foreign markets.
