Luanda – The Head of State, João Lourenço, on Sunday reiterated his strong will in working for strengthening the ties of cooperation and friendship with the Republic of Gambia.
In his congratulatory message on the occasion of the 59th anniversary of Gambian independence, President João Lourenço wished the Gambian people well and prosperity.
Gambia is a small country in West Africa which surrounds the lower course of the river of the same name with an extension on the Atlantic coast to the west, and an extensive border with Senegal.
The two countries maintain an excellent level of cooperation with highlights in the oil and gas sector.
