Caxito – MPLA's 1st Secretary for the province Bengo, Maria Antónia Nelumba, highlighted Saturday, in the city of Caxito, the actions carried out by the Angola Executive, under the leadership of President João Lourenço, aimed at the citizens' well-being.
Maria Antónia Nelumba, who was speaking at the mass event, which preceded the march of exaltation and support for the MPLA and the Republic of Angola's president, João Lourenço, recalled that in the current term, even without many financial resources, many works were carried out throughout the country, with emphasis on the construction of hospitals with equipment for bridges and schools.
In the province of Bengo, Maria Nelumba highlighted the construction of the Reverendo Guilherme Pereira Inglês Hospital, the Teresa Afonso Gomes housing project, among other infrastructures.
She condemned citizens' attitude who encourage acts of vandalism of public property, which demonstrate cruelty, a lack of patriotism and love for the country.
The 1st secretary assured that the Angolan government has been working to reverse the current financial situation and encouraged the population to keep believing in the executive´s efforts, in the hope of a better future. MD/PA/CF/DOJ
