Luanda - The President of the Republic, João Lourenço on Thursday granted an audience to a delegation from the Sultanate of Oman, headed by Crown Prince Sayyid The-Yazin Haitham Al Said.
After the meeting, Sayyid Al Said did not make any statements to the press.
The Sultanate of Oman is a country, located in the Middle East, a member of the Gulf Countries Cooperation Council, whose economy depends mainly on the export of oil and natural gas.
As part of its Strategic Development Plan (Vision - 2040), it intends to diversify its economy, establishing partnerships with other countries.
The country has stood out for implementing an active and pragmatic policy of good neighborliness with all States in the region and the world, having received broad international recognition for its effective role as a conflict mediator.
