Luanda - The Chadian Ambassador to Angola, Mogombaye Apollinaire, Wednesday in Luanda delivered the copies of his credentials to the the secretary general of the Angolan Foreign Affairs Ministry, João Baptista da Costa.
According to a press release, on the occasion the two diplomats focused on issues regarding the strengthening of relations between Angola and Chad.
With the status of "Non-Resident", Mogombaye Apollinaire praised the good bilateral relations, having expressed the desire to consolidate them through the creation of a joint committee and the increase of the economic component.
He pointed out that there is a need to hold a business forum and business exchanges, a twinning project between the cities of Luanda and N'Djamena, as well as regional integration in the field of air services.
The ambassador who lives in Kinshasa, D.R Congo, also serves as Chad's non-resident ambassador to Zambia.
He was born on April 30, 1960 in Moundou (Chad) and joined the Civil Service on November 5, 1987, having had the position of director of the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Chad.
Mogombaye Apollinaire has a degree in Law and Legal Techniques from the University of Chad, a professional master's degree in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations of Yaoundé, Cameroon (IRIC), a specialization in Development Studies from the University Institute of Development Studies (IUED), in Geneva, Switzerland and a Higher Studies degree in Political Science from the University of Geneva.
