Luanda - The member of the World Peace Council (WPC), Teresa Orsini, on Tuesday, in Luanda, reinforced the call for dialogue as the best way to resolve conflicts around the world.
The official highlighted that nations in conflict around the world must sit down, talk and find solutions to end the conflict they are going through, adding that this strategy is and will always be the most effective and must be a priority in order to resolve any differences.
Teresa Orsini, who is also the Venezuelan ambassador to Angola, was speaking to the press on the occasion of the 2nd international conference on peace in Africa, highlighted the important leadership role of the Angola´s Head of State, João Lourenço, in resolving conflicts in the southern region and beyond.
She explained that her country supports peaceful resolution and non-intervention in the internal affairs of other countries, as they consider that each one has the capacity to solve their own problems.
The 2nd international conference on peace in Africa was held by the Angolan League of Friendship, Solidarity and Peace (LAASP), in partnership with Abnegação Project (PROAB).
