Lobito - Angola’s minister of Education Luisa Grilo highlighted Friday in Lobito, coastal Benguela province, the role of the Benguela Railway (CFB) in carrying school equipment between the coast and east of the country (Luau-Moxico).
According to Luísa Grilo, the performance of the CFB is satisfactory, since the manuals reach those destinations safely, stating that this transport also facilitates distribution to the neighboring provinces of Lunda Norte and Lunda Sul.
These are primary school equipment, featuring Portuguese, mathematics, manual and plastic education, geography, history books.
The first shipment started in February this year and the others will follow shortly, according to the minister.
On the other hand, the official contacted the CFB's Board of Directors to approach the areas in which the Ministry can adapt courses for the training of its staff.
She justified the fact, saying that her Ministry wants to diversify, innovate and adapt training, according to the needs of each province.
