Luanda - The Angolan oil company Sonangol has denied information circulating on social media about the existence of a massive staff recruitment process.
According to a press release from the public oil company, to which ANGOP had access, this information aims to alert citizens, as the so-called recruitment for Sonangol, publicized on social media, is afalse information, probably orchestrated by fraudsters.
These individuals, the document states, seek to deceive some citizens and take, in some cases, immediate financial benefit from the situation, and in others, collect personal information to later be used for illicit practices.
SONANGOL seizes the occasion to clarify that staff recruitment for the company is not done via social media.
