Luanda - The oil and gas supply firm Sonils said it is looking for small clients/entrepreneurs to join a business center in its facilities to provide service in the oil sector, the company’s director general Emílio Costa has told ANGOP.

The manager said this on Friday at the 38th Edition of the Luanda International Fair (FILDA), taking place from 18 to 22 of July, in Luanda’s Special Economic Zone (ZEE).

He said that the company will make available a space of about 600 square meters for the small companies to develop their activities and create more jobs.

He also announced the company’s intention to develop in 2024 a very focused incubator for technology, aimed at creating more jobs, ensuring opportunities for the future collaborators in the area of technology to develop very focused actions in terms of technology and digitalisation for internal and external customers.

As for the FILDA, Emílio Costa, explained that the company's participation appears to create a stronger brand in terms of notoriety.

“It is the first time that we are at FILDA and we bring Sonils, which has around 80% of daily occupancy. We think we are going to reach 100% this year, because oil activity is increasing”, he said.

The company's commercial director, Joaquim Chipuco, said that the company will present its 2030-strategy at the event, to promote services.

“The strategy brings the efficiency of the services we provide as part of the integrated base of logistical services for the oil sector. We brought efficiency to what we do, we brought innovation in the digitalisation component”, he explained.

Sonils Angola is an onshore oil and gas supply company, which has an integrated logistics center of over one million square meters of industrial and logistics facilities and 15 km of roads.
