Luanda – 1ºde Agosto won on Sunday the international swimming tournament held in Luanda, after winning three of the four categories of the competition.
1º de Agosto dominated the children's category in both male and female categories with a total of 10670 points, surpassing the two Clube Náutico that totalled 5325 pts.
Onda Sport Clube team were third with 4232 pts, while the visiting team Barracudas de Moçambique was fourth with 821.
1º de Agosto also won the youth categories in both male and female with 18432 pts, while Onda Sport Clube secured second place with 5764 pts and Náutico finished third with 5540 pts.
In seniors, 1º de Agosto topped the competition with 8845pts, Onda Sport Clube were second with 6770pts, while the Barracudas de Moçambique, who participated with only three swimmers, finished third with 2207pts.
Onda took the top positions in juniors, with 3855pts, Náutico came second with 3008pts, while ADEOA got the bronze with 2245pts.
This was the 6th edition of the annually held tournament and the first on the international level.
The two-day event that included the participation of six clubs was part of the ninth anniversary of the Onda Sport Club.
